Welcome Reception – Host delegates and speakers in a relaxed setting the evening prior to the official conference open. Network and meet old and new colleagues, lay the ground work for a productive conference.

Evening Reception (2 available) –  Help attendees unwind and mingle with an evening reception after the bell sounds on the last session of each day. Talk about what was learned, and paths moving forward to help each other accomplish mutual goals, all with some good spirits and light food.

SHIPPINGInsight Award Luncheon – Sponsor the Awards Luncheon, a high-profile formal lunch gathering honoring those who were voted to win. This is sure to generate a lot of positive press.

Networking Luncheon – Host the conference sit-down lunch, on day 2 – which includes the Shipowner Panel. Also includes VIP table for invited guests, and the opportunity for welcoming remarks during the Luncheon.

Morning invitation-only seminar (2 available) – There are two opportunities for an all-morning seminar hosted on-site before the opening plenary session on the subject of your choice (pending approval by Conference Management). The Conference organizers would help promote the events to the registered attendees, as well as local maritime enterprises.  Food and beverage would be additional.
