2020: A Shipping Odyssey Encapsulates Maritime’s Future
Industry Facing “Monolith Moment”
STAMFORD, Conn., July 10, 2019 –Borrowing from the icons of the 1968 movie, the 8th annual SHIPPINGInsight Fleet Optimization and Innovation Conference & Exhibition – North America’s premier maritime technology event—will be themed “2020: A Shipping Odyssey”. This year’s program, like the movie, will take the delegates from the challenges of today (IMO 2020), through to 2050 incorporating the moments of change and advancements affecting the shipping industry. The conference will be held October 15-17th at the Stamford Hilton in Stamford, Connecticut USA.
