STAMFORD, Conn., Sept. 21, 2018 – The 7th annual SHIPPINGInsight Fleet Optimization and Innovation Conference & Exhibition – North America’s premier maritime technology event – is now less than a month away, and the organizers are reminding visitors to register for the conference and book their hotel rooms using the convenient online portals at SHIPPINGInsight2018. The hotel room block, providing a discount, expires at the end of Monday, September 24th.
“More is the byword for this year’s SHIPPINGInsight,” said Carleen Lyden Walker, the event’s organizer and chief innovation officer. “We’re delivering a world-class maritime industry event with more top-level shipping executives, more expert speakers, more conference sessions and roundtables, more technical seminars, more industry partners, more actionable information, more networking opportunities and more energy. This is the one technology forum you can’t afford to miss.”
“Our experts will share their expertise on the hot-button issues facing the shipping industry today and in the future, including IMO 2020 compliance, disruptive technologies, digitalization, cybersecurity, human capital and more,” she added.
“So far, we have more than 40 industry partners led by our presenting partner Arundo Analytics and 20 media partners, with more joining every week,” she said. “We have confirmed participation from nearly 60 shipping companies.
